Nature of the Agreement

2bet is an online betting and casino platform that provides entertainment gaming services to Bangladeshi users. The terms described on this page form a valid agreement between the entity operating the platform ("Company") and the registered user ("Member").

By creating an account on 2bet or using the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the platform.

Language & Applicability

These terms are written in Bengali and apply to Bangladeshi users. In the event of any language conflict, the Bengali version will be treated as authoritative.

• These terms apply across all devices and channels — website, mobile browser and app.
• The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Membership Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account and use services on the 2bet platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age — accounts for minors are prohibited.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• The Company may request supporting documents at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided.
• Anyone previously banned by the Company may not register again.

Registration Process

To create an account on 2bet, the user must provide accurate and complete information. To update any information provided at registration, the support team must be contacted.

• Only one account is permitted per individual — multiple accounts are prohibited.
• The account is for personal use only — it may not be operated on behalf of a third party.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their password confidential.
• If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

2bet conducts an identity verification process to ensure security and prevent fraud. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A photo of a National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.
• Any additional documents the Company deems necessary.

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Deposit Rules

Only approved payment methods may be used to deposit funds on 2bet. Methods currently accepted:

• bKash — Bangladesh's popular mobile banking service.
• Nagad — the digital financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking.
• Bank Transfer — major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the source of the deposit and the account holder must be the same person.

Withdrawal Rules

Members may withdraw their winnings, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if identity verification is not complete.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• The Company reserves the right to review any withdrawal request on suspicion of fraud.

Welcome Bonus

2bet offers a welcome bonus for new members. This bonus applies to the first deposit and is subject to the following conditions:

• A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: ৳26,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳41,000.
• After receiving the bonus, wagering must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

Wagering Terms

Before withdrawing bonus funds, the member must place a specified amount in bets. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering must be completed within a set time limit — the bonus may be cancelled if the period expires.

VIP Program & Cashback

2bet's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular participation. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the promotions page.

General Betting Policy

The following rules must be followed when betting on the 2bet platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the Company has the right to cancel that bet.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If there is a dispute over the outcome of any bet, the Company's decision is final.
• The Company reserves the right to set a maximum limit on any bet.

Casino Game Policy

The following policy applies to slots, live casino, fishing games and other casino products:

• All games are operated on the basis of fair and transparent algorithms.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, action will be taken in accordance with the Company's decision.
• Game providers' own rules and conditions may also apply.
• Game history is stored on the server and is used for resolving disputes.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are entirely prohibited on the 2bet platform and will result in the account being closed:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or information.
• Placing bets strategically to abuse the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Using software bots or automated tools to place bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Deliberately identifying and exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Placing bets using third-party funds.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward company staff.

Personal Information Protection

2bet places the highest importance on the security of members' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transfers secure.

• Information is not shared with third parties except where required by law.

Data Retention

Personal information may be retained for a specified period after an account is closed or deactivated, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Members may contact the support team to request access to or correction of their information.

Limits of Company Liability

2bet is not liable for any losses arising from the following situations:

• Service unavailability due to internet connection disruptions.
• Technical issues caused by third-party game providers.
• Account compromise resulting from the member's own negligence or security failures.
• Service interruption due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
• Delays or failures on the part of payment providers.

Limit on Compensation Claims

The maximum amount for any compensation claim will be the amount deposited by the member in that specific transaction. Claims for incidental or indirect losses beyond actual financial loss are not accepted. Both parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through negotiation.

Account Closure by the Company

2bet may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of any violation of these terms and conditions.
• In the event of fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• By order of a court or authority.
• In the event of prolonged inactivity (detailed conditions apply separately).
• At the member's own request.

Account Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Full verification will be required before the account is closed, and any pending transactions must be completed. Any withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be paid out through the standard process.

Jurisdiction

International gaming law and general principles of contract will apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation via support channels. The company's final decision is binding in all matters.
